Privacy policy
Kediora Studio ("we") builds websites for local businesses. This page explains what we collect when you use this site and how we use it.
What we collect
When you fill out our contact or quote form, we collect the information you submit: your name, email, phone number, business name and details, your message, and any website or social links you share. We also collect basic, privacy-friendly analytics through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track you across other sites. It tells us things like which pages get visited, nothing that identifies you personally.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to you, build your free mockup, and discuss your project. We do not sell your information to anyone.
Who we share it with
We only share your information with the service providers that run this site and our day to day workflow: Cloudflare for hosting, our database, and site analytics; Resend for sending emails; and OpenAI, which drafts a suggested reply to your message. Each provider only processes your information to provide its part of the service. OpenAI processes the contents of your form solely to generate that draft reply and, under its API terms, does not use it to train its models. We never sell your information.
Storage
Your information is stored securely in a Cloudflare database. We keep lead and contact details for up to 24 months after our most recent conversation with you, then delete them. We will delete your information sooner if you ask.
Your choices
You can ask to see or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Just email us at kediorastudio@gmail.com and we will take care of it.
Cookies
This marketing site uses minimal cookies. The separate management app at crm.kediora.com uses a login cookie to keep employees signed in.
